"I feel privileged to be part of the ‘Monumental Welsh Women’ mission, creating the first public statues commemorating the achievements of real Welsh women, I am proud to normalise female ambition and success by being commissioned to sculpt Elaine Morgan the dramatist and evolutionary theorist

The second statue of a real Welsh woman is currently being cast at Castle Fine Arts Foundry and I look forward to the unveiling on March 18th in Mountain Ash." - Emma Rodgers

Meet the Makers: Emma Rodgers and Jacob Chan

In a unique collaboration, Emma and Jacob have created a new display, ‘The Lost Temple’. This forms part of Past Present Future: Celebrating Craft at the Walker. Emma and Jacob will explain how the Walker Art Gallery’s collections inspired them to make this new work.
